We blend the principles of traditional Pilates with cutting-edge techniques and sensory feedback tools to awaken and strengthen every system in your body. It’s safe, innovative, and feels amazing. Getting started is easy! Create an account and sign up for the "MOVE FREELY" Intro Pack. Next, sign into any P.eX 1 class. Even if you’ve done Pilates before, we recommend starting here—our Reformers are unique! We use the Konnector, which allows for multi-directional movement and a whole new way to experience Pilates.

For an even gentler start, we recommend our P.eX Unwind class to ease mindfully into improved movement.

Absolutely — many people with limitations benefit from our classes. If you’re unsure whether a group class is right for you, simply email us and share a little about yourself so we can guide you.

EnergetiX can be wonderful for posture, joint health, spinal support, balance, and enhancing brain–body connection. That said, if you have a serious medical condition, injury, or are recovering from surgery, please check with your healthcare provider and us before joining. While our method can be highly supportive, we are not a physical therapy studio.

Wear comfortable workout clothes that let you move freely. Grip socks are required to keep you safe and stable on the equipment—if you don’t have a pair, we’ve got you covered! You can purchase Pilates EnergetiX grip socks in the studio, and we’ll conveniently charge your card on file. Also, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing perfumes or oils.

Yes, please do! We love meeting your friends. They’ll just need to either sign up online through our website or branded app OR, you can sign up your friend as a guest on your account. Movement is always better together.

Yes—this helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures everyone can access our classes:

• Group Classes: Please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class using our app. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost session.

We appreciate your understanding—unfortunately, we can’t make exceptions to these policies.

Class pricing is shown when you click the “Schedule” button and then tap “Sign Up” on any class you’re curious about. We’re happy to help if you have any questions - just reach out!

Our pricing reflects the unique value and experience we provide:

• Small Class Size & Length: We keep our classes intentionally small (maximum 6 people), ensuring individualized attention and precise cueing. Each class also runs 70 minutes, giving you more time to progress and refine your practice.
• Distinctive Approach: We blend classical Pilates with innovative tools and bio-intelligent movement strategies, offering deeper engagement, more variety, and powerful results—even if you’ve been practicing for years.
• Investment in Quality: The cost includes not just time but the quality of instruction, specialized equipment, and a highly personalized experience that sets us apart from larger, standard Pilates classes.

In short, you’re not just taking a class—you’re receiving a tailored movement experience designed to help you move, feel, and live better.

Yes. While our focus is on the group experience, we do offer exceptional private sessions outside of group class hours.

Private Session Rates:

• 1 Session – $225

• 4 Sessions – $800

• 8 Sessions – $1,560

Congratulations! Yes, with some considerations. You must have clearance from your medical provider before joining, and please notify our instructors about your pregnancy. We welcome expecting clients in their first and second trimesters to join P.eX 1 classes only, as these provide a supportive and safe movement experience.

We welcome clients ages 13 to 113! Those between 13 and 15 may participate in group classes with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian, who must also attend the entire session. 

Great question! Pilates EnergetiX will activate your brain-body connection, improve balance, enhance movement patterns, increase spinal flexibility, develop natural strength and sharpen spatial awareness. Most importantly, it will bring you joy through freer, more fluid movement.
