This 7-week immersion redefines how you see and organize the body.
You’ll move beyond choreography and into bio-intelligent teaching — where spirals create structure, fascia drives integration, and sequencing adapts to the nervous system in front of you.
Inside the program, you will:
• Organize the body through spiral mechanics
• Re-pattern motion using fascial connections
• Develop sensitivity to the energetic body and regulation
