Absolutely! Pilates EnergetiX is for everybody. Whether you’re new to movement or a seasoned Pilates pro, you’ll benefit from our holistic, freeing approach. We blend the principles of traditional Pilates with cutting-edge techniques and sensory feedback tools to awaken every system in your body. It’s safe, innovative, and feels amazing.

Getting started is easy! Create an account and sign up for the "MOVE FREELY" Intro Pack. Next, sign into any P.eX 1 class. Even if you’ve done Pilates before, we recommend starting here—our Reformers are unique! We use the Konnector, which allows for multi-directional movement and a whole new way to experience Pilates.

If you have physical limitations, we recommend starting with P.eX Unwind, our 55+ class, to ease gently into improved movement.

Wear comfortable workout clothes that let you move freely. Grip socks are required to keep you safe and stable on the equipment—if you don’t have a pair, we’ve got you covered! You can purchase Pilates EnergetiX grip socks in the studio, and we’ll conveniently charge your card on file. Also, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing perfumes or oils.

Yes, please do! We love meeting your friends. They’ll just need to sign up online through our website or branded app. Movement is always better together.

Yes—this helps us keep things running smoothly and ensures everyone can access our classes:

• Group Classes: Please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class using our app. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost session.
• Private Training: We require 24 hours' notice to cancel. Please email the studio if you need to reschedule.

We appreciate your understanding—unfortunately, we can’t make exceptions to these policies.

Congratulations! Yes, with some considerations. You must have clearance from your medical provider before joining, and please notify our instructors about your pregnancy. We welcome expecting clients in their first and second trimesters to join P.eX 1 classes only, as these provide a supportive and safe movement experience.

We welcome clients ages 13 and up! Those between 13 and 15 may participate in group classes with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian, who must also attend the entire session. Alternatively, they can request a private or semi-private session, as long as a parent or guardian is present or participating alongside them.

Great question! Pilates EnergetiX will activate your brain-body connection, improve neuromuscular balance, enhance movement patterns, increase spinal flexibility, strength and sharpen spatial awareness. Most importantly, it will bring you joy through freer, more fluid movement possibilities!
